Frank and Ralph aren't your normal B&B owners.

Frank spent the first 30 years of his life as a very successful dentist. His patients loved him and he loved his work.

Ralph managed a successful XRay department at his local hospital. He loved his job, his co-workers and his home.

They met and knew they were right for each other. When they were visiting Asheville, NC, they happened upon the perfect place for their Bed and Breakfast. Large yard that they could landscape and have an orchid greenhouse (Frank is an award winning Orchid gardner). Beautiful, sunny rooms and marvelous old house.In short order it was the White Gate Inn and they were the innkeepers.
